Return Policy

At Hall of Fame Sports Memorabilia, your complete satisfaction is our primary concern.  We understand there will be times when you may want to return or exchange your purchase. Our return/exchange policy is really simple.

  • Contact us by calling 856-535-7880 or by emailing info@hofsm.com to obtain Authorization.  Returns will not be accepted without notifying us first. 
  • Please provide your order #, the product you wish to return/exchange, and the reason for return/exchange.  A representative will respond to your message within 1 business day.
  • Please ship the package to us as follows:

  • Please obtain a tracking number for your protection. If the item does not reach us WE CANNOT issue a refund.
  • Tracking is one way for you to know where the package is located and when it is delivered to us.
  • Pack the item in a secure box and provide the order number inside the box.
  • Once your return is received and inspected by us, your refund will be processed less a 15% restock fee for returned merchandise. A credit will be issued according to your original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after we issue your credit for it to post to your account. We have no control over this. As part of our return policy, all returns need to be received and processed by us within 14 days.
  • Express, international, or package refusal shipping fees will not be refunded under any circumstances.
  • Most items are shipped with a signature confirmation. This protects both you and us. You are responsible for being present to sign for your package. If you return a package because you were not there to sign for the package you will be charged a 25% restocking fee plus all shipping fees which includes any return fees.
  • If you refuse a package you will be charged a 25% restocking fee along with all shipping fees including the shipping fees we are charged for your refusal to sign for or accept the package.
  • Should you fail to contact us and/or submit a chargeback through your credit card company we reserve the right to charge your account 25% of the purchase price, all shipping fees plus a $35 chargeback fee to the credit card used to make the purchase.
  • Under no circumstances will shipping fees be refunded.

Damaged Merchandise

  • Please call us at 856-535-7880 within 36 hours of receipt of the package if your merchandise arrived damaged or is defective.
  • Please save all original packaging including packing materials to reseal the package for return.  The shipping carrier will not process damaged claims if the item is not in its original packaging. 
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to return the package to us within 7 days. If the package is not returned within 7 days of notifying us about the damage, we reserve the right to refuse and/or credit your return.
  • If it is determined that the damage occurred prior to us shipping or in transit you will not be assessed with restocking fees.
  • It is your responsibility to contact us with any issues regarding your purchase. Should you fail to contact us and/or submit a chargeback through your credit card company we reserve the right to charge your account 25% of the purchase price, all shipping fees plus a $35 chargeback fee to the credit card used to make the purchase.

Items NOT Eligible For Return Or Exchange:

  • All custom orders, including custom framed photos and jerseys
  • All pre-orders
  • Game Used and Game Issued Items
  • Vintage Items
  • Merchandise that has been delivered more than 30 days prior to emailing or calling Hall of Fame Sports Memorabilia
